The stay was sufficient for a solo traveler with reasonable expectations. No major complaints that would cause me to not stay there again. It’s located in the art district. It’s a less crowded and chaotic area, so it’s quieter. Has some charm to it. The property is essentially a renovated motel. Property is fenced in, but the gate stays open. So I’d still keep vehicles clear of any valuables. Rooms are small and just big enough for one or two people who will primarily use it to sleep and shower. Not spend all day there relaxing.
The surrounding area is under construction at the time of writing this, so keep that in mind if you’re trying to relax during the week day. Thankfully I had no issues over the weekend.
The room was easy to access. Everything looked clean and presentable. Bed is on the firmer side, which I prefer, but others might not. The shower head pressure felt a little on the low side, but usable. Other than those small things, it was good! I’d stay there again.

When Winter Storm Fern caused widespread flight cancellations, I had to extend my work trip because I couldn’t get back home to North Carolina. I booked this space, and it was fantastic. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered—it truly had everything I needed and more.
The kitchenette was well stocked with cooking and dining essentials, and the bathroom amenities were excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the space was calm and soothing. Parking was easy and convenient as well.
Located in the Midtown/Downtown Arts District, it was just minutes from both the Strip and Fremont Street, which made getting around simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall I had a very pleasant stay, the host was great, super communicative and friendly! The place was clean and cute and had what I needed. I did like that it was right off the freeway and I appreciated access to laundry. The host was also very transparent with the construction going on in the area and even provided ear plugs which did come in handy, but I knew what I was getting into. I also really appreciated that it was pet friendly as that can be hard to find and I also appreciated that they don't have this crazy list of strict cleaning procedures as well. My only concern was the area was a little questionable, but I didn't have any issues and that's also not any fault of the host.

Had a nice stay here! In one of our favorite areas of Las Vegas. We booked in time to experience First Fridays where there is an outside food , art, music & vendor market. It was right across the street from us so we walked right over. Lots to do and see in the area and very close to the strip and downtown.
The studio was clean and nicely
Put together for two ppl to stay in. There are a few other units in the building so you will have neighbors. Parking was great and in a gated area. Our only minus would be the bed, it was quite squeaky & springy. So if you move a lot in your sleep it might get noisy lol Still was a great studio! Definitely would stay again.

The team at Vegas Villas really did an amazing job at communicating with us on a short notice on our part. Wendy and Kris were such a huge help. The pictures match what you walk into. Location was easy to get on and off the 15 so we could get to all the events we had planned for the weekend. Check in was easy, the app they suggest is simple to use and definitely gave a lot of information. Checkout was even easier. I will be recommending this place to people who want affordable accomodations and easy access to the Strip and Downtown Vegas. Thank you again, we can’t wait for our next stay with you all ☺️

This was a wonderful place to stay while a family member was a patient at University Medical Center. The room had everything needed for a longer stay. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive.
There was construction and nightlife noise, but with the AC running, it was absolutely no problem. The noise was disclosed ahead of time and ear plugs were provided. (I never needed to use them.)
I highly recommend this location...parking, laundry, WiFi, were all so helpful to have. There are lots of restaurants, vintage stores, nightlife, in an area where nearly every building has a painted mural.

The hosts were very responsive. Our check in code didn’t work at first but luckily someone let us in. And then we had troubles with the WiFi that night too but the host fixed both issues by the next day.
However there was a pungent smell in the unit I just couldn’t get over. We almost left early because of it. Smelled like wet dog or something - they also had a blue light around the bed that was obnoxious to sleep with so bring your eye mask. For what I paid, it was super tiny and visibly was clean but didn’t feel clean.

Good location but we felt like we were sleeping in a closet. The bed was very uncomfortable, there’s nightly music from a nearby bar, as well as noise from the people staying upstairs. All of that would have been forgiven if we hadn’t found a disgusting mushroom in the bathroom that started growing through a crack in the corner of the wall. There was no fan or ventilation in there. I have pictures and when I think about it my skin crawls.
Absolutely not worth the over $200 a night. Will be staying at a hotel next time.

Cute room in the arts district. Plenty of places to walk to. The heads up about the construction was accurate. It’s very close to the building but wasn’t as loud as I anticipated. Had a minor issue with the wifi that unfortunately happened during a work meeting and also affected the locks. The team was helpful and resolved the issue fairly quick but it made me a bit less confident for the remainder of the weekend. Overall good experience with a couple random hiccups.

I had such a great stay! I had locked my cell phone with the updated passcode, and they easily assisted me with getting back in. I stayed here while my apartment was getting ready, and the location was great for me. Close to work and everything to do in the midtown/downtown art district area. Vegas Villas was a great stay, invaluable and accommodating. I would book again and tell others. Thanks for the great stay!

The location and room were fine. There was construction going on directly next to my room which I didn't know before arriving, so the noise level was excessive, dust tracked into the room, and there were a few bugs to deal with - maybe just as a result of the construction, I'm not sure.
There are definitely much nicer places to stay in Vegas but for the price and just needing a small place, it was fine.
This our second time staying at this property. It’s in the center of the Arts District, steps from the best restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the area. If you don’t mind some extra steps, it’s possible to walk to Fremont and the new Northern Strip casinos like the Fontainebleau & ResortsWorld. Nice sized bathroom, desk and kitchen has the basic things for breakfast. We’ll be back!

Upon arrival there were unclear instructions to find the unit. There was a knife fight between homeless people and sketchy guys standing out front. Stains on the walls, blood stain on pillow, bug crawling around, and damaged toilet seat. Host is very rude, racist and aggressive. 0/10 would not recommend.

It's fine. Do some research on the area first. Bands play in the bar just one block over and it's quite noticeable during the weekends at night.
Also, if you're not a morning person, you'd be upset to here that a massive construction is site is literally less than 10 feet away from your door.

I booked thia space to land for almost 2 weeks to complete a remote work project.
While being a Las Vegas resident I was familiar with the area and even despite the construction and noise of the local bars with music late, it was cozy, peaceful and exactly what I needed to complete my goal.

It had nice amenities, it was nice and cozy for my trip. However, the bed was really uncomfortable and felt broken in the middle so we were like sunken in the middle. And the shower rod fell off in the middle of the shower. Besides that it was nice.

Nice place to stay if you want to have fun and celebrate in bars, pubs and nightclubs in Las Vegas.
If what you are looking for is to spend time in casinos, well maybe don’t choose the arts district, choose the strip neighborhood instead.
