Truly couldn't ask for a better place to stay in the Arts District! The building itself is quiet and tucked away, while being super easy to walk to all the shopping/restaurants/bars. The room theme is a fun vibe, and you have way more amenities than any hotel room in Vegas. We seriously didn't even leave the neighborhood except for the concert we were here to see. Felt safe at all times of the day, including walking back from the bars late at night. Loved the liveliness of the concerts at the bar behind the building and it wasn't too loud at all-- could barely hear it in the room.
We visit Vegas a couple times a year, and this has by far been our favorite place to stay. Will make this our go-to from here out! I want to try the Koi room next time haha.

Professional hosts / management and a clean place free of infestation. Kitchen is suitable for light cooking. Check-in was flexible. The construction was not very noisy at all during my stay. Mainly trucks moving around but not much banging and not a disturbance really.
The worst part is the apartment is in a sketchy neighborhood. The laundry area was virtually unusable from all the vagrants using the pathway to loiter and do drugs. They were remarkably persistent. Management would sound the alarm, security would have them removed but then there would be another set of drug abusing vagrants in the same place the next day. I did not feel comfortable walking around outside after dark.

We cannot wait to go back with the entire fam-bam and get a few of their rooms. This place was so clean and even though it was in the downtown (not strip) part of the city, we still felt so safe and comfortable. There are so many cute boutiques and cafes all within a 5-10 minute walk (1-3 minute drive), so you don't have to worry about parking or anything while you get to explore. The room is a nice comfortable studio with more than enough space to stay comfortably and we will be back!!

Adam was overall a nice guest. Communications were pleasant and easy.
Adam had several unapproved guests over one night but once we asked him to please not do that, the visits stopped.
At checkout time we found the room in pretty bad shape. Additional cleaning had to be done and we were not able to turn the unit around because of the state. We lost a booking due to this situation.

Really like to ruin my state and everything like that it wasn’t exactly my style but it’s a very cool room. Love it again on those things I would’ve bought one for a more soft bed. I guess next time I should put that in my I’m looking for other than that. The root is fucking amazing. The day was amazing. Everything was great.

Very nice and chill place for a weekend, it was perfect for my husband and i. it’s about a 5 min drive to fremont. Our hosts were very quick with responses. I did see one night that a security car parks outside so i would definitely say it’s a secure & protected area. I will be booking here again!

It was booked as a third party reservation for my daughter and husband. She actually was recovering from a minor surgery and just needed a clean and safe space to heal. They said the place was nice just a little noisy from the construction. Definitely would consider this place in the future.

The apartment is smaller than it looks in photos but very cute. The staff responded right away when I messaged them, and there is lots to do in the neighborhood. It was a little more expensive than it was worth, but having access to a kitchen saves you a lot of money.

The only issue we had is our non smoking policy was not respected. Smoking was only outside but we have a strict rule of no smoking anywhere on the property. Other than that everything was great.

Wonderful place to stay, clean and nice for a weekend stay. We couldn't even hear the people staying next to us at all. The only small issue we had was getting around the construction next door when walking/ordering rideshares. Host was friendly and access was easy.

Had a good stay. The only issue is the noise which is basically outta the control of the Airbnb since there is construction next door but the place was nice and worth the price. They do leave a note about what to expect with the construction, so that is helpful.

Great stay. Affordable, clean & matched the description. The host is super friendly and responsive. Also extremely accommodating. I’m a Vegas local and this place is located next to great hotspots in the arts district. Would most definitely recommend.

Great, walkable location (rare in Vegas). The construction noises were slightly disruptive, but the hosts clearly communicated about that before booking and provided earplugs. Perfect for a visit to Vegas. Felt safe, and had everything you need.

Responsive friendly host and place is convenient drive to the strip. Very clean unit with kitchen and supplies. As per their disclosure, construction next door is loud during day time, but not an issue if you’re in town to visit the strip.

The apartment was in walking distance of Fremont Street and there was good restaurants around. Our host was very informative and helpful. The place was smaller than we expected and the bed was pretty hard. But otherwise it was a good stay.

It was a good place super close to Fremont and the strip. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable it felt like there was a big crease in the middle of the bed. However, very clean, very easy to find, and super easy check in and out.
